I got a whole new a/c unit installed 2 weeks ago. First day they took out all the duct work and did not hookup all vents, including the one in my daughters room. The crew left trash after they were done. Second day they installed the inside unit and tore up my hall closet. The unit was supposed to have a filter rack but they installed wall filters which I was not told about until after they wee done. They stayed until 8:30 because they couldnt get the heat to work. The tech that came that night didnt offer any insight as to why it wasnt working but wanted to talk about hospital visits instead. He told me someone would call me the next day well they didnt. We had to call and they had no idea we were having issues. They finally had to replace the outside unit to fix the problem. The thermostat needed to be replaced to and they said it would be a week but Ive yet to hear from anybody. Also, they left trash and tools all in our yard which we didnt even know about. This has been the most aggravating experience for us especially when you consider how much money we paid. Nobody knows whats going on and they will tell you what you wanna hear and not fix the issues. If I had another choice, I probably would not use them. I have rental house that needs a new unit but Ill look elsewhere considering how we have treated during this whole experience.
