      I have used Coleman Worldwide Moving twice and in both cases I have found them to have a very professional operation, including packing items securely and quickly. Their concern for my property were personal as if it was their own. Their representative, ********* *****, was exemplary in helping me to pack and coordinating the move to my destination across *****************. On the first move, the driver, ****** ******, did a very good job in ordinating his team of men in loading and unloading own property at own new home very quickly. My wife and I greatly appreciate all the members of Coleman Worldwide Movers in helping us achieve to a very successful transition to own new home across the ****

      I am 88 years old and employed Coleman for an interstate move. The women packers did a good job, but were understaffed as it took a day longer to pack. I was very disappointed in the matter in which the movers delivered the furniture. They were in such a hurry to get items unloaded that they eventually piled furniture in the garage. It was done so quickly that we did not have time to check the list to determine if everything was delivered before they were gone. There was damage to a King **** ****** **** bed that required a professional to fix. Other damage included two file cabinets, a dining room china cabinet, tables, lamps, *****, crystal, and many other small items. I filed a claim within the time limit and received a check that did not cover the damages. Also, they charged a $500 deductible that was not discussed with me. I called the company to tell them about my experience but they did not return my call. I just want to try and prevent anyone else from being treated like I was treated.

      Horrifying Experience No Accountability, No Apology Im writing this with a heavy heart and deep disappointment. During our international move from ******* to *****************, one of the movers from this company showed me an unsolicited photo of his ******** right inside our home. I was in complete shock. As a woman, a mother, and someone new to this country, it was a deeply traumatizing experience.What makes it even worse? The company has never reached out no apology, no follow-up, no accountability. They just acted like nothing *********** make matters even more painful, my husband is an active-duty ************* member. Hes serving this country, and this is what we have to go through while simply trying to move our family and start a new chapter. We trusted this company with our home, our personal space, and our safety and they completely violated that trust.This was my first time ever in *******. Instead of feeling welcomed and safe, I was harassed and left with trauma that still keeps me up at night. That man was in our house. He saw everything. And now I live with fear and no closure.We even have video evidence you can clearly hear me screaming at him to get out of our house after he was no longer allowed inside. And yet he still came back in. That fear and violation is something Ill never forget.And yet, this company still dares to put trust on their website? Thats not just misleading its insulting. There is no trust here. None.I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially to military families or women. The lack of response alone speaks volumes. If you care about your safety, your dignity, or your peace of mind look elsewhere.

      The interstate delivery was scheduled for two shipments but ended up being three, with the third shipment still undelivered despite payment. Numerous items from the first two deliveries were damaged, including a Prism hot tub, Green Egg grill, both of which we paid for special crating provided by MSS, the Coleman Allied third party packing service, one king sized adjustable bed, an executive desk, printer and barista coffee machine. The two adjustable beds and the dining table were not put together for four days. There are still plastic runners and cardboard boxes on the floor that I have to take up myself, and we are still finding additional items damaged. My husband and I incurred unnecessary hotel and meal expenses because of their incompetence. If that were not enough, Coleman Allied threatened to not move forward with the third delivery or with processing any of our claims until we paid in full, despite us contacting them numerous times in advance for a final total so that we could have the cashier's check ready. We paid in full within an hour of receiving their threatening notice on July 14, and they responded with an estimated load date of the final shipment from *************** "some time around July 22." I wish I would have listened to the other reviewers. But like most people, I thought it wouldn't happen to me.

      My 33 week pregnant wife, 2 boys (4 and 1) and I pcsed from ******************* to *********************. (Using Coleman Allied)The movers at ******* were outstanding. Very fast and efficient. The coordinator told me the 3rd ******* canceled due to a family emergency)The coordinator then told me 4 or the 5th. The night of the 3rd I received an email from *** coordinator ****** ******* stating that my delivery has been confirmed. As well as another email from stating the confirmation. The moving crew was supposed to be here between *********. No call/text/******** wife and I are frustrated at this point, and unsure what to do.

      I went with Coleman Allied expecting a first class experience and paid a premium for that expectation. Over $15K for a move from ** to *** I was promised my property would be loaded on a truck and delivered to ** on one of two dates. I mentioned during the sales process I did not want anything to be loaded the offloaded in a warehouse to be loaded on another truck, as my experience with that in the past was awful. I was promised this was not going to happen. Of course, this is exactly what did happen. While most of my property did indeed arrive on 6/5, I was told days after that the rest of my belongings were in a warehouse waiting to be picked up, and wouldn't be delivered for another few weeks. Pickup day comes, and I'm told that my property was not picked up and transportation/delivery would need to be scheduled with not so much of an idea as to when that would happen. I have been promised the issue has been escalated and resolution forthcoming, but days later have not received a response from the company. When I told the driver of the first truck that items labeled as being on the truck were missing, he assured me they would just be coming on the second truck -- leaving me no way of verifying if this was true or if those items were lost in transit. It would seem Coleman Allied is like most other moving companies, where their word means nothing and the moving experience is as awful of an experience as if you went with a broker.

      We had a very nice experience with Coleman Moving. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional, especially ***** **********! Loaders and movers showed up when they said they would, at both pick up and delivery. Very happy with the process! Thank you Coleman!

      From beginning to end, each point of contact we had with Coleman Allied was professional, courteous and thorough with no strings attached. ***** thoroughly assessed our moving needs through phone calls, pictures and videos, providing a detailed contract with fair pricing for our cross-country move. ******* was consistently available as our moving coordinator and kept us up-to-date with all details. And **** our driver (as well as his teams on both ends) was in contact as needed, arrived when he said hed be there, was friendly and saw to the careful documentation and packing of our items. Our move was seamless thanks to Coleman Allied, and actually came in under the bid price. It is rare to find a company that keeps their word and holds the old school work ethic we deeply appreciate. Without hesitation, we would refer Coleman Allied to any friend or family.

      They did a nice job of delivering my Saatva mattress. I had it delivered to my new condominium though, and didnt yet have my new bed set up, so they didnt have a lot to do. I just asked them to carry it through the side door and put it against the wall. They were early for their delivery and were polite. The only reason that I just gave them 4 stars instead of 5, is because, due to my own circumstances there wasnt a lot to do, like haul away an old mattress etc. ??

      Horrible experience! Movers had my items for 10-1/2 days of which 4 or 5 were in the truck being driven to new destination. At least 35 boxes/totes were never inventoried or labeled. Many of the labeled and inventoried items were listed wrong and not as written on boxes/totes. Several boxes had labels fall off before delivery was made so unable to confirm anything. Many totes were broken (footprints visible on lids of broken totes) and many totes are missing but due to lack of proper inventory I am unable to make a claim for over $600 worth of items (which I am aware of but due to shoddy inventory I have no idea what else may be missing) not including antique art/portraits which are family heirlooms and priceless. This whole debacle has left me angry and frustrated.
