They are very untruthful and not dependable. My widowed mom who lives on a fixed income paid this company over 14 thousand for a new septic system which neeed a pump to be installed to pump the waste uphill to the field lines. Not within 2 months the pump went out and after several attempts of calling someone came out and then mom was told the s***** smelling colored water was from the rain that was on the ground. Multiple attempts were made to get them to come out over this summer to get them to come check it as you could visually see the water flowing over from the holding tank but each time they have her the reason that it has been a lot of rain and until it dries up they couldnt check it. Well thats ******** the ground dont need to be dry to check a pump to see if its operating or not. Well she got in touch with them and on 11-01-23 a little after 2 years of her first reporting it they came out and then decided the pump had burnt up and the warranty had just went out. So she was home alone and they put a new pump in for the price of 900 bucks if I had been at home they wouldnt have taken advantage of my elderly mother in this way. After installing the pump they had an electrician to come out and wire it up. After contact the power to the pump the electrician discovered that the alarm system wasnt working. My mom reached back out to this company and was told she would have to buy another pump at the cost Of ***** dollars to make the alarm system work. I had used this company also to install a new septic system at my house a few months after my mom had hers installed the gave me a quote but after installing the system that quote went up ***** bucks. The are known to me to be liars and stealing from the elderly.

The above complaint is very inaccurate.  We did do the repair work on Mrs. ****** septic system in November 2021.  She did call us with some concerns a couple of months after we did the work  We sent *************** back out to remedy the problem  **************, her son has grossly exaggerated the amount of money we charged his mother for the original job as well as what she was charged to replace the pump that we did last week. I am not sure if *************** misinformed him of what was said or where he is getting his information.  We dealt with her and she was perfectly fine with what we did and what we charged her.  **************, her son called the office on Friday and was very irate about the situation.  He started making accusations and he was told that since the warranty date was so close that we would send it in for warranty and that we would refund the money she paid us on 11/1/23.  After we told him we would refund the money, he sent in this complaint.  We have been in business since **** and we have not been able to be in business for almost 50 years by talking advantage of people.  I hope this helps nut if you have questions or need more information please do not hesitate to call,
