On or around June 24th, 2025, I discovered that WrEn Homes, LLC had attached a privacy fence directly to a structure on my property without my knowledge or explicit permission. At no point did I authorize WrEn Homes, LLC, or any representatives of the company, to install, connect, or modify any fencing in a manner that involves my property.I made efforts to contact WrEn Homes, LLC to address this issue and request corrective action. I reached out via email to the office of **** on 6/26/2025, but I have not received any response. It has now been over 30 days since my initial attempt to resolve this matter amicably. The unauthorized attachment of the fence is not only a violation of my property rights, but it may also create long-term maintenance and liability concerns. I am requesting that WrEn Homes, LLC remove the fence attachment from my property immediately and restore any affected structures to their original condition. I am also open to having a conversation on how we can come to a resolution.

********* is a shared fence community and approval from a homeowner is not required unless a fence is not placed on the shared property line, which Mr. ********** fence is located on the property line. Mr. ******** never submitted a request to install his fence prior to installing it and is actually in violation of Article VI, Section 18 of the CC&R's due to his fence being 8' tall, is not capped and trimmed, and did not install an aluminum fence along the back property line, but instead a 4' tall wooden fence (see below for reference from CC&R's).

CC&R's Article VI, Section 18: No fence or fencing-type barrier of any kind shall be placed, erected, allowed, or maintained upon any portion of the community, including any Lot, without the prior written consent of the ******************************* No fence shall be of a chain-link or barbed wire material, nor shall any fence be of a height other than six feet (6') without specific written approval. Generally, all fencing must be of a brick, stone, stained wood, aluminum, or a material and style approved by the ******************************* All wooden fences must be of a shadow box style, trimmed and capped with tobacco stain, unless otherwise approved. The ****************************** reserves the right to promulgate further specific requirements for fence construction. All lots adjacent to any lake or body of water that desire fencing may only install an aluminum fence along the boundary adjacent to any lake or body of water using only materials, color and style approved by the *******************************

Before we installed the fence on the lot next to Mr. ********* we had the lot re-surveyed to verify that the fence is located on the property line.  Please let us know if we need to provide any documentation regarding ARC approval letters, copies of the CC&R's, photos, surveys, or anything else.
