"We had Decorative to do the concrete around our pool, it was getting really old and cracked looking, they promised they would even out the old concrete and level all of it and prepare the old concrete so the top coat would look amazing, all they did is pressure wash one day then came out a day later and put down the leveler and waited for a long time to come back and finish, once that was done they could not care less if they ever came back to check on things and of course there was a lot of issues that needed to be straighten out. We called and messaged over and over and finally one of them came out to fix a big long cracked that they said they would fix before the coating was put on, all he did was make it worse and put the wrong color over the crack, now it's like a sore thumb sticking out, again we called and messaged and the extremely rude owner came out and said they would come out and fix it, it's been over a year now and nothing, plus all around the pool has cracked and a lot of it has bulked up and made big holes all over where it's came up from not being prepared correctly, our pool looks horrible and they won't do anything, we have never been ripped off so bad, DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING FOR YOU OR THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU!" ...
