    "Surcharge of 10% didnt know this was a cost plus no sinkage anywhere outside of the store nor inside the store managed stated well thats because this store wasnt going to to cost plus then it was then it wasnt so we dont have signs . Plus the options they have are limited I feel like I was just robbed and am supposed to smile and move on ."
