I have lived in these apartments for a total of 3 years as of June 20, 2023. The conditions of the apartments are not in good standings at all. Since, I have been living here, my apartment has been broken into and I have had to change the lock on my door more than once. As of November 2022, my heat was not working. I informed the lease office and maintenance came out and looked at the issue. Well, after that took place, the maintenance man told me that it was nothing that could be done by him. I needed an electrician to come and resolve the issue. Reached out to the lease office and I was informed that Corporate had to be contacted to get everything handled. Months have passed and as of today, March 6, 2023, I do not have any heat or air conditioning. Now, when the temperature was 13 degrees outside in **********, **, it was freezing in my apartment. It was so cold I could see my breath. The office was aware that I didn't have any heat. There wasn't a heater provided as well. Secondly, as of March 1, 2023, an electrician finally came. Now, this is 4 months afterwards. Yet, the electrician inspected the inside of the breaker box. The electrician said it is not safe for you to be living in this apartment. I told him. I have a light that will not come on at all. In addition, I have seen one of my plugs spark more than one time a couple of months ago. He stated the main wiring is corroded, and the vibration could make it where the apartment could catch on fire. He went outside and shut the power. Then, he turned the power back on after looking at it again. Afterward, that evening, I tried to cook dinner and recognized the stove would not come on. Secondly, Thursday, March 2, 2023, got up to prepare for work. Cut the shower on and the hot water isn't working. I called the leasing office and told them that I don't know what was done, but after the electrician left my stove will not come on and I do not have hot water. In addition, the staff for these apartment complexes has not been satisfactory. There has been a young lady working by herself for months. The apartments did not have a manager for a long time. A lot of apartments are becoming vacant because of mold infestation, electrical issues, and water issues.
