    Purchased a waste oil pump from Duda diesel that was damaged and would not pump waste oil like described. The pump was very poorly built overseas, had I known before purchasing I never would have. After emailing back and forth I was told return shipping would be attained if I had the original box, which I didn't have because it was taken to recycling after purchasing. I emailed pictures and videos of the damage and the pump not working and told I would have to pay for return shipping to get a new pump, I don't want to pay for return shipping on a product that does not work and will not do what it says it will do. Very poorly managed company, I have waiting a couple weeks for a reply email on why I should pay for return shipping with no response back.

    The solar water heater was ordered through Amazon and delivered on my front porch without a pallet. When I discovered that plumbers were not familiar with the technology, and that local solar companies are not interested in installing other company's products, I requested the free return according to the **** ad on Amazon within the 30 day allowable time frame. **** told me that to accept the return, I should send them a photo of the product on a pallet. As I do not have a pallet this was not possible, and as an elderly woman, I have no idea how to get one. **** then told me that I should request a pickup and pay $1,000 for the trucking company. Amazon repeatedly cancels my claim whenever **** sends another ludicrous, harassing response along the same lines, obviously intended to wear me down so that I am forced to keep a $1,900 product that I cannot use. I will update this review after the results of the lawsuit that I am filing to force **** to honor the terms of the sale, and I shall charge daily storage for the huge boxes sitting on my porch. The company so far has failed to provide a reasonable solution for the return.
