  This scares me. I had brain aneurysm then stroke and in hospital and rehabilitation for 3 months, my car got repod and was on phone with my finances company within 5 minutes. I waited to get email from MV Track that they received release and stayed on phone when they sent this company the release. Got on one phone of mine and stayed on hold for 4 hours while I used my landline to call and select the other options such as schedule a return phone call and leave a voice message. Also sent email. Because the on line schedule form says they don't have my vehicle, finance company reached out too. Still no response. Can't schedule an appointment or get a return call as surely when they take possession of vehicle it goes into a system immediately??? So yes concerned about all my valuables and vehicle. I'm supposed to get response within 48 hrs so it's 34 hrs now. Ill absolutely comment back to leave the facts. From company's responses on here to comments seems they are fair and doing their job. So I'm definitely giving them the 48 hrs in response time I was automatically messaged it would take

  Please complain about the correct company. Our company doesn't have a system that leaves you on hold for 4 hours. This is tri state recovery system that does that and our websites are very similar as we get phone calls from them daily for not answering the phone. Sorry but this wasnt our company

  My car was taken to this location on Thursday 15th 2023 and I have been trying to get my vehicle back from them since **** today Friday 16th 2023. The 1st time I spoke with them at **** the lady was really rude didn't tell me anything about my car. The I called my finance place I go through with the car they called and they were told for me to call at 130 I could come get my car. I called no answer have been calling since 130 now it's 309 the place is closed left numerous voice mails my finance company even sent over a email. Nothing has been done I still have no car. Missed work my kids is sick I'm a single mother now I have to wait til Monday miss another day of work. There website to book appointment to pick it up won't work says error no car found. I'm highly aggravated and need my car.

  This company towed my car that's paid for and now I can't even get anyone on the phone! Deputy Sheriff's have been called! You can't report a car that's paid for! This place needs to be shut down!!!!
