    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have a recorded conversation , one of the **** stated that yall couldnt give the battery back (thats not mines by the way  ) because its got battery acid in it  but so does the battery under the hood . So was the battery under the hood removed and disposed of too? And yeah let me see those pictures or Ill have them subpoenaed one way or another  . I signed off on an incomplete form because I was forced to , I also notated those items as missing on that form as well that yall didnt properly document because when I asked the guy why wasnt the umbrella checked off as well as multiple other items he simply said because yall just dont document everything. STRANGE ?? yeah I had a witness with me (the owner of the battery ) and you have cameras outside that lot so lets pull them too youll see me asking for unaccounted items I couldnt take the bag unless I signed plus the car wasnt there either  . Id also like to know what gas station that transporter stopped at pull those videos too . Youve got a picture of the battery insulation casing but you didnt even give that back either and the picture showed that the casing was in the trunk NOT ATTACHED TO THE VEHICLE so why wasnt the battery casing handed over with the rest of the property ? So Yeah hand them pictures here !

    n belongings out ! They go through your stuff and decide what they want to keep and give you what they want you to have out of your OWN personal belongings . The *** IN ******* ..says anything that is not permanently fixated to the vehicle Is considered personal property. These people are making up their own laws and rules so they can get away with destruction of property and theft . Yall are indeed thieves , that woman sits in that office acting like those tow drivers dont be stealing people stuff . You threwaway something so sentimental to me , that its gone take GOD himself to stop me!

    You signed for your property and we cant give back something that was never there. I can provide photos when car was secured. Im sorry youre not happy that this happened to you but we didnt steal anything and we returned all property to you.

    This tow company broke into my vehicle damaging my front passenger door. When I asked them why my hood was popped l, the lady told me they did that so batteries wouldnt die on the lot. When I told them it looks like someone broke into my car they told me they didnt damage my car and they have photo proof. When I asked for the proof they got very ugly and told me no bc I am not a lawyer. I have filed a complaint with my finance company, aw well as my insurance company.

    You were offered photos anytime you need them. No one refused these photos and you were told to return to the office to get these and failed to do so. Please try not to post negative reviews on a company that told you to return and you didnt do so.

    My car was repossessed. Not complaining at all about that process nor am I upset but when I went to retrieve my items from said repossessed vehicle my wallet which had a certain amount of money in it was not there. They claim that the wallet was not in the vehicle upon repossession but I know for a fact that is not true. Hopefully something could be done about this. One of the gentlemen that helped me in the process of retrieving my items mentioned that he saw a wallet and helped me look for it but we both could not find it.

    There was no wallet listed on the inventory form and we do not steal property. We list items on the sheet and that's what is inside the cars.

    On July 9, 2024 my vehicle was repossessed due to non-payment. I handled all I needed to handle and have my vehicle back within 2 weeks from Repossession. The issue now continues to persist because *** made multiple appointments and tried to pick up my personal items but no one is ever there at the appointment time and they dont answer the phone. I can see my personal items sitting outside getting rained out and yet they want me to pay a $50 storage fee. *** tried for the last week to get my things and theyre refusing. At this point Im thinking its theft of property due to me already having my vehicle back and them not following through with appointment times. I simply want my things back and Im not paying a storage fee for my stuff being left outside in the weather.

    Property is redeemed everyday Mon-Friday 10am -2pm by appointment. You have to be able to come during these hours to redeem the property that is properly stored inside a metal building and locked away. We do not steal nor do we leave property outside in the weather. We do not refuse anyone and release property to multiple debtors per day everyday. Please don't run to the BBB with false statements due to no ones fault but your own.

    Around March 4 my car was repossessed due to lack of payment.Youll need the VINs last 6 digits: 784802.Around March 20 my son and I headed to the Atlanta auction house to get my car where it had been transported. But there were no appointments that day, so we turned around at the ************* and headed west to *********** to get my personal possessions that twenty4seven had.Most were in a translucent poly bag. Wouldnt support much weight.I checked for important things that I needed to get back, and the guy says theres no problem if you need to come back for something else. So I signed for the bag. Little did I know, after I got my car back from ******* about 3/27, I discovered 1-2 weeks later that I did not have the cars tire ***** the cars *******************, the cars lug wrench. I had just redone the rear brakes and these were unfortunately left in the trunk. I just thought they would be back in the spare tire area because the car was in an auction house. Who buys a car without those things?Also missing was my chainsaw lug wrench, and my garage door opener.I realized later that theres no way these first 3 items couldve been in that poly bag due to the weight of these items.The lady on the phone was very nice, and she told me I need to go online and scroll down to the bottom and click on the complaint button. Which I have done at least four times since then, maybe five times.Absolutely no response. So I come to you asking for assistance. Thank you.***************************

    We do not remove jacks nor 4 ways or lug wrenches. Unfortunately when they arrive to the auction they have people that do remove these as all dealers have access to your car and usually take these things to put inside of the cars they have purchased so when they resale it they will have these types of tools inside the car. Im sorry you have experienced this but everything that was in your bag was what was removed from the auto. You are give the chance to search your bag prior to leaving and also was given a detailed inventory of what was removed from your auto. Also the paperwork stated you had carefully examined all property and you signed that form stating you recieved everything. Please take the other up with the auction as I have no control over them nor whom they allow inside of the unit.

    On the date of 2/21/24, my vehicle was repossessed from my home. On 2/22/24 I called the *************** to make the necessary payments, once paid, I was told to contact a third party towing vender, which I did, they proceeded to tell me and the finance company that whichever company towed my car, had not claimed it to be recovered and neither company was able to locate my vehicle. Finally someone was able to locate the company who towed my vehicle as Twenty4seven Recovery. When calling them, they were very rude, would not answer any of my questions about my vehicle's location, said it was being processed and couldn't tell me how long that would take or anything. Finally told me to call back in the morning, when I mentioned I didn't feel it right for me to have to pay another night's storage fee because they didn't inform the finance company of the vehicle recovery, she rudely told me that was not their fault and I would not be getting my car back today. Although I have done everything I needed to and followed all the proper channels, for two companies to not have any idea where my car is, that fault is on the Twenty4seven Recovery, and they refuse to take responsibility, and will charge me a second days storage fee. I have seen many other people have had similar complaints about this company being very rude and unprofessional, and some that have had items stolen from their vehicles while in their storage, I still have not received the location of my vehicle, because they are refusing to give me the information.

    We are at the mercy of the finance company and cant release a vehicle without the proper paperwork. We have multiple locations and the women in the office are unaware of this location until the unit is processed. If most would listen to the women in the office about the process all of this would be eliminated. Most complaints are due to the fact we have a process and no one wants to except the process. If you wanna believe the reviews of missing property then maybe this is the reason we are communicating though the BBB. We have never stole one thing from anyone in 10 years of doing this. We release over 20 cars per day and have no reason to hold a car but we do have procedures and we expect those to be followed. Nothing hard just simply being patient as we didnt cause any of this to begin with. We are real people doing a job that is very tough to begin with and seem to be the bad people when we are just doing a job.

    On November 28th 2022 my car was tow from my residence I wasn't at home when It got tow I had the car key with me I had to go and pay the amount due to the title loan before I could get my vehicle and on December 1st 2022 I went to ***** *********** to get my car at the towing yard and as I was inspecting my car I noticed my back trunk bumper was hang and held up by a lots of black ties which it wasn't like that before they towed it I tried to talk to different people's to see why my car was damage and no one would give me an answer I just want to find what towing came and got the vehicle on November 28th 2022.
