              We hired One Call to complete a deck project in Feb 2021 that has yet to be completed. All required money has been paid. We have not seen anyone in months. We keep getting the "run around" from our contractor, one excuse after another. We have screens on our deck, but none on the door- I have been asking about this for months. Supposedly "they've been ordered". There are other loose ends that need to be completed (trim, flagstone repair). My patience has run out.
