              I Bought a double oven from Lewies Outlet today 7/16/2021 at 12:25pm for a total of 878.90. We got the oven home and before even getting off the truck and unwrapped the glass door bottom was broken. Called them and agreed to pay for the glass. Now getting it off the truck in the house and all the tape and wrapping taken off, the top control panel is busted , no screws and nothing to hold it up. There is no way to fix this. This is beyond wrong to sell something to someone like this after the lady said it was never used and nothing wrong with it. I called them back and they said speak to Earl H*****. Called him and he said he has to speak to Lewie S**** the owner Monday since he had left. I want to return this for my money. It was hard earned to drive over an hour to buy this drive back and have no oven. They are ripping folks off. I expect something will be done.

              We bought a washer and dryer from Lewie's for a short term rental and we had issues with the dryer from the beginning. It would not fully dry our load of laundry and this made it really difficult for us as we had new guests coming in every few days to rent the house. Lewie's ended up coming three different times to "fix" it and eventually said it should be replaced. We spent about 3 months with a dryer that did not work as we were going back and forth with Lewie's customer service and repairmen. Meanwhile we had to take loads of laundry to our primary residence which was extremely tedious. When we finally got a new set from them, it was installed by Lewie himself. Our first guest in the house tried to use it and the hose from the washer was not installed properly so water leaked everywhere in the laundry room. Now we are paying $***** for a mold/mildew company to come fix the issue caused by this leak. I share our story because it's extremely frustrating and we've lost so much money in this process. I hope Lewie's can improve their customer experience.
