During the last week of June 2023, I requested a call back from the doctor due a question about a medical emergency. The staff treated me horribly. Not only did I not get a call back from this provider, I was forced to seek assistance elsewhere. I was refused over the course of several months to speak with the provider. I left messages and never received a response. The staff was rude and extremely disrespectful. I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment on August 24, 2023. I explained prior that I lived 30 minutes away and was assured that it would be okay to still come. Upon my arrival, one of the elevators was out of service causing my delay. I was refused service and after over two months of waiting to speak with the doctor, I was refused service. I couldnt even consult with the doctor even though I was the only patient in the office. *** read several complaints over the years but *** never personally experienced anything like this before. I want to formally make a complaint against this unprofessional place of business. I was not allowed to speak with my doctor or receive a response from him directly. His office manager also has several complaints.
