              BBB unable to locate business
              I surrendered 2 policies. I have been trying for over a year to get paid for them. I've gone from assist. to manager. They say they can't find copies. Filled out and notarized the papers they sent me. The first policy was paid. That was in July 2011. These are the same ones, with different name on them. ***************************** said those policies was sold to another company, they gave me the # and I called. I had 3 policies. Mother's was surrendered and paid for. The other 2 they say they can't fine. I opened up these policies at the same time. In this order cr6168, CF6169 and CF6170. They were pd. out in ****. But they say they can't find them. They found the CF619 in 2011 ,but say they can't find other 2. I was told to send them and I did. Made copies before I did. Thank you.
