    Date of transaction was Feb 2, 2023. *** paid was$2327.69 Tile and assessories for bathroom floor and shower. New construction. I specifically asked Designer before I committed to purchase if there would be any problem returning since I bought more to be sure we didnt have any problems. Designer said no problem. That they had returns from up to a year. Good. We had delays in construction, which set our time schedule back for build. After getting tiling done, I brought back extra pieces I had from job. ******* got my receipt punched in information in cash register an printed out paper that had name of who I was to call for dispute. He said it had been over 90 days and he couldnt issue refund. TREs customer service number was for ****** **********. I called 7 times giving my information and was told they would send me an email form to fill out for dispute. No emails!! Gave my email and husbands email to receive form for dispute. Different person each time. Said I did not have receipt. I did.Asked to talk to upper management, no one available at that time. No help at all. Called store in ********** and left msg w Designer who sold me items. He connected me w Dessirae. She said she checked w management and it was because of 90 days. I told her what designer had told me. She said they had changed policy since then. Then she would check about in store credit. They said yes. I asked how I would speak to. She would call me back. Then said the form I had printed at register for Return activity report shows I have made multiple returns! I asked how that is possible because our FIRST time shopping at Floor and Decor. She said it tracks how many returns I have made in past. What!!! The sheer frustration on trying to get this resolved is maddening. I have constantly been transferred to multiple people trying to get resolved. My purchase customer # is *********. The return declined transaction Id is ************-FAD. I would appreciate any help on this matter.

    I spent $3500 on vinyl plank flooring from Floor & Decor & needed to return 6 boxes that were valued at $310 but was refused by the store at the **************** store. It was past 90 days, and I didn't have the receipt, but they were able to pull up the purchase by my phone number, so I only wanted to get a store credit. The manager said the return was denied because the flooring had been discontinued, which was a lie because it can still be ordered online. I was given a phone number for "The ***************" to call and file a dispute. I called *********** said the return was refused because I didn't have a receipt, not because the item had been discontinued. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I bought from them. They have a 1 star rating with BBB. If I could give the a 0 rating, I would.
