            on 11-16-2022 I had an appointment with dodge for my Durango it had a ticking noise they told me it was the camshaft so they got ahold of the warranty company for me they told dodge it would be approved but they need my oil change records. So I went and drop those off to dodge and dodge emailed the warranty company the copies of my oil change records. It is now December 1st and no one from the warranty company has responded to dodge and this whole time I have been without my Durango dodge has tried to contact them many times and no one has called dodge back or even me back. I just want my car fixed

            I had the absolute worst experience with this company when I tried to transfer funds. Michael C********** is a supervisor at this agency. First he claim to have misread the dollar amount to transfer on the form and he only sent a partial. Then he withdrew the difference from my account and told me it would take 2 to 3 days for the other company to receive the balance. Well, turns out Mr C********** did not transfer out the funds even though he did withdraw it from my account. I had to report the case to the Insurance commissioner of GA to get the funds transferred. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
