              Complaining on behalf of my 96 yo mother. Last week she got a paper with 2 of every section OTHER than the front page, but no front page. It was reported but we never got another. Yesterday we received no paper at all. I told the person today that I wanted WRITTEN verification that we would receive credit for these unreceived papers. He refuse and would not pass me to a supervisor. Since my desired settlement is not listed below: I expect WRITTEN notification that her subscription is extended to cover these missed papers, including the new date of our subscription expiration

              In June of this year 2022 after a lengthy email discussion with the Huntsville Times circulation department they final stopped delivering UNSOLICIATED newspaper products to my home. I don't subscribe to their product and don't what their product littering my property. Yesterday I came home from dinner and found another UNSOLICIATED newspaper littering my property from the Huntsville Times. The Huntsville Times and their parent organization are litter bugs and in the same class as JUNK mail.
