I sent my truck to the shop to be diagnosed because my truck was not staying running which I had to to keep cracking it to get to the house so my starter went bad.so I told him we would have to replace the starter for sure then we will have to have the truck diagnose.he said bring him the receipt starter so he can get the warranty and 700 dollars up front.so we my mother came to pick the truck up after being fix and went gas station to fill up the truck would not crack.so the truck went back to back to the shop then he so called to claim to fix it again and told her he check everything again the starter and the truck was running and the truck was fix to come pick it up again and charge extra 350.so pick up the truck again the stop running.the manager claims that he knew the truck was running bout was not sure if the truck been driven,so why did he say the truck was fix and charge extra money.he played us out our money and refuses not only to fix it but won't even tell us the problem which we paid for.both time the truck left the stop it cut off within a hour.i want the truck fix or my money back simple as that it only fair.we paid over a thousand dollars which he purchase no parts and didn't even fix the truck n refuses to do so.
