    I took my car to Trussville Collision on march 10th, after calling to request an estimate on repair and body work.I was told it would take approx ***** minutes only to get there and find out that it would be longer, before that could be done. i called back on Monday, 03/14@ 8:40am and spoke to *******************, the estimator who stated that it would take approx 2-3 weeks to repair at a cost of $5500.00. I agreed to the timeline and the cost. I called back on 03/21 to check on the repair progress, and got a call back 03/22 09:09 a.m. and was told that it would take 3-4 weeks and cost $6300.00 after have further assessed the damage. I called again 03/28 @ 10:57a.m. to check on repairs and left a msg. I rec'd a return call on 03/30@1:44p.m. and was told again it would take 3-4 weeks and cos $10,000. *************** suggested that I contact an atty based on the type of damage seemingly caused by the other vehicle to my car. I called again 04/05@ 10:23a.m. and was told my car would be ready on Friday 04/15 at the latest. I called again on 04/14@1:33p.m. and left a msg. I had to call back again 04/15@9:41 a.m. and was told that they are still assessing and there is no way I would have been told that my car would be ready on 04/15, that I was mistaken. I feel disrespected having been called a liar. If it was going to take longer than the 4 weeks as promised then release the car. It appears that there is no end in site and it's costing me both time and money as this is an out of pocket expense to provide transportation in the meantime. I am sure that if there were an insurance company involved the timeline would have been quite different.
