    "A minor water heater leak caused us to call our home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, who called DAVIS UNLIMITED to both replace the water heater and refloor the entire home, despite the floor damage being localized around the unit. We had to fire them after a simple refloor of a 1000 sqft slabbed home took 6 weeks, and was no where near completion." ... Read full review

    "Poor service They take you money up front and promise to do all REMOVEDBut will not complete the job stating that the insurance did not pay enough but you pay them up front for the job the promise to do and the leave items un done I would not give them a rating at all We were left with so many items not completed. Would not recommend them at all because they are not trust worthy."
