              In 2019, I went to Eric, the owner of the business, to have my 2016, 2017 & 2018 taxes filed. That year he said he had some help working with him and that Eric would do my 2018 taxes and the guy helping him would do my 2016 and 2017 taxes. I never met the guy helping him because he was out sick but before I left, Eric told me the guy would be calling me for more information. I never heard from him so I called asking for him twice and never spoke to him. This year I found out my 2016 & 2017 taxes were never done. Eric took over $900 dollars from my 2018 refund for filing all 3 years but only 1 year was filed. I wasn't able to see him last year due to the pandemic and he never responds or answers when you attempt to reach him AFTER he's done your taxes. I've called, messaged, emailed and even left a review . Recently I was able to locate his phone number and text him and he replied until i told him what the issue was and haven't heard back since and he still has my w2's for those years.

              I called the correct means Tax Services in the lady asked me to fax them my papers I fax my papers to them on May 4th and once I fax my papers I called them this next week I've never received a phone call from them the phone number that they have listed on their website is full with voice messages and no one is trying to return my call.
