    They take advantage of disabled people, pick their money will not fix anything thats broken. Charge them for things they didnt know about. Tried to charge them for service animals which is illegal Would not fix a gas leak in the stove this is a very bad place to be.

    I'm sorry you feel this way but this is not representative of the current situation. We have been extremely lenient with your family member and allowed them to enter a payment arrangement of their determination and they chose not to adhere to it. All broken and inoperable items are repaired in a timely manner and with appropriate documentation once we are made aware of the need. Service animals are never charged for but appropriate documentation is required as was provided in this instance and no charge was levied. The stove was repaired within the hour of us being made aware of the issue if this does not meet you expectations I suggest becoming an appliance technician so your expectations can be met completely.
