      I just spent 48 hrs in a car driving up here with 4 animals, to find out the day I arrived the house I am buying has a gas leak. I was not notified at all until I arrived to this town. And had to find a hotel last minute with no money. And my real estate agent and the real estagent of the seller didn't give a care in the world. ******* blamed me for everything. Screamed at me and told me to "take a nap". She did nothing to make this easier on me. Now I'm stuck here with no money till I close and no place to stay...and my 9 yr old, 12 yr old and 80 yr old grandmother will be here tomorrow. They don't care. It's not there problem. This company does not care at all about the buyers. They only care about the seller. I've never been more disappointed and distraught over a move. Imagine moving your entire family twenty seven hundred miles to find out that there's an Gas leak till the day you arrived. And nobody told you the week before when they found out, so you could make accommodations to your plans. And also imagine getting yelled at by your realtor and told it's your fault. When all you did was sell the house that you were supposed to sell and get up here. I did everything I promised To do, and now i'm the only one that is getting screwed over in the end. This real estate company couldn't even be bothered to make sure I had a place to stay because they didn't inform me last week. *********** foreal ??

      It is interesting, as this person is not in contract to purchase a property through Jack White Real Estate. They are related to the purchasing party and many attempts were made to contact the purchasing party and the complainant to alert them to this issue.

      It also needs mentioned that the property has not yet closed and therefor the purchaser of the property as of this writing does not own the property. The purchaser requested early occupancy which the seller refused to grant.

      The seller of the property is actively working to resolve this propane leak and also as of this writing the buyer and the seller have agreed to extend the closing date to accommodate the contractor who was hired to make this repair. 

      This person who is making a demand on the real estate licensee and brokerage to accommodate their living arrangements when they are not a party to the purchase agreement AND the purchaser has not yet purchased the property is quite bizarre.
