BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL:
If you wish to cancel this contract you may cancel providing written notice certified or registered mail or delivered in person to the Body Renew location that you purchased your program from and fill in the appropriate cancellation form. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by this Service Agreement and must be delivered within 3 business days of the day of the agreement to their contract. In addition, on a per session basis, on a per session basis, all sessions must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance or will result in a default for that session, and that session will be lost. In the case that the above stated parties cannot complete the sessions due to the company's failure to meet the above stated requirements mean that the stated agreement will come to term. Reimbursement of the initial Amount Paid will be made within 30 days by check or Credit Card reimbursement. If I wish to cancel my membership prior to the end of the agreed upon term I may do so, only when my membership and/or personal training payments are current and in good status, by paying 50% of the balance of the remaining contract value, whichever is smaller.
