    I made a purchase with this company the first week of May 2025, I was emailed a tracking number a few days later along with an expected delivery date. After the delivery date had passed, I reached out to the companies customer service, I was told that my purchase was being expedited, its June ******* well over a month later, no update through the tracking site, and the customer service only emails back saying they are sorry and that I will still receive my merchandise, I then asked for a refund and was told that I could not be refunded because the merchandise has already been sent and they have proof by the tracking info they sent me, I still have yet to receive my order. So after careful review of this company *** notice that I am not alone in this matter, that there are a lot of people who have been scammed by this company and I want to do something about it. I want my money back.

    On 6/4/2025 I ordered the Wide Brim Solar Fan Outdoor Fishing Hat-*********** Charging Green Pattern Double fan_Unisex Adjustable 22"-25". The tracking number is: *******************. EconomicALK's advertisements guaranteed that the hat would be delivered prior to Father's Day. The tracking notice states the hat is still in *****! I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and misleading marketing. I will not order from this company again. ORDER #*****S285524

    Order was placed 5/17/2025. Tracking number is *******************. Ten days and it still has not left *******.

    Grass seed was ordered in March. Kept getting shipping status updates. Yesterday (May 13) I received a message saying that the grass seed was delivered in mid- April ... it was not delivered. I have asked them for a refund but no response. When I searched the company I found complaints about the company being a scam- see ************************************************************
