I NEVER received my order and ****** only allows a few days to try to resolve, and I am running out of time. Not a lot of information available to aid in contacting this seller, I ordered the Solar Safari hat for Fathers Day and after a couple months I kept checking the tracking number and the information on the tracking website stated the item was being held in ********{?}. The shipping address is ***************************************. After waiting a few more weeks I contacted them through the only website I found on their ******** page and after I sent the email, I received a message that the email was invalid. I contacted ****** to ask for help and they provided me with the name ************************ which is of no use at all.I ordered this solar hat with fans and USB chargung for my husband on May 10, 2025 @ 8:12 pm, The transaction ID# is *****************, Invoice ID# is *****************, phone # *************, After reaching out to ****** again they informed me that the seller said the item had been delivered. but I never received it and my surveillance camera does not show a delivery for that day. ****** then told me in an email that the seller is ***************************, but this information is no help to me. The tracking # JSEXB1724525321YQ. I looked through my emails to double check for a missed email or response from them that I overlooked and noticed I received a email from the company stating they were sorry for the wait and that they would re-send the item July ******* and that was a day before they told ****** that the item was delivered, so there's no way I could have received it on the 22nd...and the email stated that They "hope I get it soon". The seller stated I could track my item through ***********. It looks like I just got scammed out of $50 and have no recourse. However I am helping you can help me resolve this.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Father's Day gift from this company in May. Received a notice that the item had shipped in June but still had not received by end of July. I email the company a few times checking on progress and they apologize and tell me they are checking on it. I contact company on July 21st again and they tell me they are going to reship my item. They send me a new tracking number and local shipping number and miraculously the new number tells me my item was delievered on the 19th... 2 days before they told me they were reshipping my item. I took the new tracking to my local post office and they were able to pull up a picture of new tracking number and it clearly did not have my name or address on the package. They told me they are seeing more of this type fraud. The company will not refund my purchase of $47.16 because the new tracking number they sent me, that is not addressed to me, says it was delivered. My post office said it is common to see companies sending out old tracking numbers that show the item delievered and they said this is what happened to me but even with the post office showing that package was not delievered to me the company nor ****** would refund my money since the fraud tracking number said delivered.Initial Complaint

Item purchased the end of May 2025, I paid $5 shipping, I sent an email to the company to inquire about the item being here for Fathers Day. When I received a response, I requested to cancel my order and refund approx June 9. We went back and forth and the order didnt get cancelled. I recall receiving the package first of July sometime. I sent a email stating the package is received and requested a refund. I was asked to send photos twice. Emails has been going on for some time. I was offered $3 usd, $5usd, $7usd, and now $10usd. Which is laughable. I paid $5 for the shipping along to receive an item well after the estimated time of delivery, after Fathers Day, and the item is damaged. I would prefer a full refund or an expedited replacement.Initial Complaint

I purchased two hats with fans on May 2025 for Father's Day. The order arrived July 2025. One was good the other arrived damaged. I paid $65 to INCLUDE shipping insurance. The company offered me final offer $10 which is unacceptable in that I paid for insurance if this were to happen. I emailed them a pic of the damaged freight.Initial Complaint

Their shipping policy states the order will be received within ***** days. They do not have a customer service phone #, just email. I have emailed several times. The 1st time they responded by saying my had was shipped but delivered to the wrong place. Then they said they would re-ship. When I email them back and have asked for a refund. They continue to ignore that and continue to say the package is on the way. They are not even considering my request for a refund and there is not any other info on their website to contact anyone. I ordered 2 items from this company on May 15, 2025. I was hoping to have these items in time for Father's Day, since they are my Father's Day presents to my ******** husband. The company website even states that shipping will not take more than 30 days. I have been emailing this company almost daily to find my order. It was declared "lost" on June 12th in ************, ********, 2025.This is a screenshot (***** 06:06:35UTC Fayetteville,72704, *************, The shipment is in transit in the country of *****************) After I emailed them stating it had been at this location for a week, they took it upon themselves to resubmit my order. I would have been happy for a full refund by this time since it was now past the 30-day time frame. As of today, 7/7/2025-my order cannot be tracked to a location, just that "it's in transit."I've asked for a refund, and they refused (I have emails proving this). I've asked for a customer service phone number and return address-they told me they don't have any of these, only email. I would like the BBB to do a thorough investigation on this company to find my purchases and to get my money back. On May 20, 2025 I made an online purchase for 2 Wide Brim Solar Fan Outdoor Fishing Hats at link ( **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************). Initially I would receive shipping updates every two days. Eventually the updates stopped so I reached out via email ************************************* I was advised there were no updates (due to tariffs and customs clearances per email) and a new package was being sent. I ordered grass seed from company and still have not received seed. They suggested I go to post office and check w them about delivery. *********** states tracking number is a scam and is not able to be tracked!!!
