I initially called in because my package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday i called Saturday night and they told me they would call me monday morning, but ai ended up calling them and *** told me that they lost the package because they didn't know where it was. I called and got some RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL agents from TORRID. The names that I were given were ******, *****, ****, and ******. There were a couple more but they hung up without giving it to me..idk how yall train y'all agents, but everyone of them are disrespectful. I gave my info to a couple of people, that ended up just talking over me and hanging up in my face. I called back and immediately asked for a manager because I was tired of being treated with disrespect. As you can see if you pull the calls how argumentative your agents are trying to be. These agents kept me on hold for hours and hung up in my face. They kept lying and she was getting me a manager, and she kept me on hold for over an hour, and she refused to give me a manager. She kept stating that there is only one manager in the company and she had other customers so shes not taking my calls. They kept talking over me while I'm talking. They hung up in my face and that is the ultimately disrespect!!!
