5 starsKevin and crew did an awesome job with our retaining wall project. A real turn-key effort. Great customer care: on time, courteous, good communication throughout the project, and definitely left the area better than before. We would recommend the Chapman Team to anyone considering such a project.

Bought the house with a massive, unusable hill in the backyard, we now have a tiered lot providing recreational space, a fire pit/patio, and flat play areas. Kevin did a phenomenal job and was so easy to work with. I highly recommend Chapman's for any hardscaping needs you have, especially if it involves retaining walls. Chapman Landscaping finished and repaired an old retaining wall, installed a new gravel driveway and parking area, added backfill and riprap to control erosion around a detached garage, graded and grass seeded (with fertilizer and well-placed straw) a former above-ground swimming pool area and a garden area, and installed some buried drainpipe. The crew went above and beyond my expectations in every regard. The crew treated my family and my property with the utmost respect, and they carefully completed every task. They even did several extra things I asked them to, such as digging up some small stumps and placing some railroad ties. When they left, the retaining wall, new driveway, and yard looked great, and there was not a single piece of trash or debris left in my yard. A month later, after some heavy rain, the yard and new driveway are draining properly, and the new grass has already been mown.
Chapman Landscaping provides great service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.Chapman's Landscaping, Inc.

5 starsKevin's crew, led by Rodrigo, removed an old untreated wood driveway border with no drainage, and replaced it with a block retaining wall with proper drainage finished off with river rock. The work was performed professionally and correctly to a high standard. They even returned after the job was done to pressure wash and be sure we were completely satisfied. Communication with Kevin was great throughout the process. We are thankful they are still willing to take on some smaller residential jobs. 5 starsI had an old retaining wall built originally out of cross-ties. It was structurally unsound and had partially collapsed. Complete failure of this original wall would have caused a major structural building on my residential property to collapse. Keven and his team successfully removed and reconstructed a new block retaining wall without damage to my building. This was a high risk project completed in a very professional manner. To complete this area he leveled the surface, placed gravel and grass seed giving the entire area a polished look. Additionally, he removed a broken 55 year old greenhouse, moved and rebuilt river-rock flower beds, moved and aesthetically placed large granite slabs, removed a couple of small trees, removed all remaining cross -ties, and covered a sloping bank with remaining river rock. All debris was hauled away leaving a very manicured appearance. His team came on the scheduled start date and were a polite hard working crew. I recommend Keven CREMOVEDand Chapman Landscaping without reservation.Chapman's Landscaping, Inc.

5 starsA++ work. Chapmans landscape built me a beautiful retaining wall and steps. I honestly didn’t know what I was getting, I told him what I needed and left the design and materials up to Kevin, but I am very pleased with the final product.
