    I am writing about the great service that I received from Earth Energy. First, REMOVEDof the administrative staff was fabulous in following up and in easing the whole process. We have fireplaces at two different addresses and that could have been confusing! She smoothed over any possible misunderstanding. REMOVED, the installer and fireplace expert was wonderful! He was cordial and respectful and did the work quickly and so cleanly that we didnt have anything to do when he left! He also advised us that one of our fireplaces only needed to be servicedit was in much better condition that the other one which needed a new burner and logs. It would have been easy for him to see the other fireplace as a way to make more moneyand instead established trust by letting us know that it really only needed service. We have been happy with Earth Energy from the first contactand are so glad that we didnt opt for an online company. Were glad that there is a store here and wonderful installers. And they did it all in time for a holiday party!Many thanks to Earth Energy,REMOVED
