For moccasins, if there is a sizing issue, they must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any loss in value of that item. Our moccasins are custom orders, and once a pair of moccasins is worn, they can not be re-sold as new. We strive to make our customers happy, so if something is not right with any purchase, we do what we can so both the customer and us, benefit. - Business Categories
