  This company and especially the person we worked with are exceptional! The company made it very easy for us to lease out our home quickly and for a very nice market price. Our property manager, REMOVED, is one of the nicest, most ethical real estate professionals I have ever worked with.

  I recently was inquiring about a property that I was highly interested in. I and REMOVEDspoke on the phone about checking availability for a property. Instead of communicating that the property was no longer available or they would be choosing another tenant. He ignored calls instead of communicating that the property was not available. A very unprofessional and poor way to conduct business considering there were various properties I was interested in. I would suggest your leasing managers conduct business in a professional manner.

  This property management firm is not recommended. Their monthly fee structure was excessive, and services included in the fee, such as air filter replacements, were not delivered consistently. Furthermore, the monthly rental rate was significantly higher than current market rates, as evidenced by their recent reduction of $200 per month for new tenants.Maintenance requests were addressed in a slow and inconsistent manner, and a persistent issue with a foul odor in the property remained unresolved throughout the lease term. Communication with the property manager was often challenging, with responses being untimely or lacking in transparency.While rent and utility payments were always made promptly, the aforementioned issues led to the decision to not renew the lease.

  Hello there, we have searched our records and don't have a past tenant with this name. Without an address I have to assume they mean to leave the review for the other American Avenue. This often happens.

  I rent with Avenue currently. My ceiling caved in, it smells like and I have not been able to sleep in my place for over a week. The people who came out to fix it said there is water leaking from the outside and that needs to be fixed, but Avenue has yet to send someone out for that and it's been raining like crazy. They still have not came back to finish painting what they patched up. I have plastic over everything in my room, cans of paint on the floor, and I still can't sleep in there. The people in the office don't answer the phone and the property manager is hard to get in touch with. I would like my place back to normal so I can sleep comfortably again. This is an inconvenience to me and they aren't trying to compensate me for it. Not sure if I want to live in this or any of their other properties ever again...

  I'm sorry to hear about these issues. We no longer manage this property. Unfortunately we do not own the property and only asset the owner in the management of the property. We must follow the owners direction when it comes to getting bids and completing repairs. We understand your frustration and wish we could have done more for you.
