A Facebook ad for flowers through a company called Starluck Flowers. I had a funeral to attend and the ad enticed me to order flowers. I place the order for funeral flowers and almost immediately received a confirmation email that was followed by an email stating that I would be getting a full refund as the delivery was out of Starluck's area. I decided to go to the local floral store and purchased flowers for the funeral. My refund did not come. I called an 800 number listed and a man (foreign) answered and said it would take 5-7 days. On the 10th day I called again, a man with a foreign accent again answered and said that the refund was being processed. I told him I do not believe him. He kept saying it was coming.
