I was told that I won 120000 government grant but I needed to pay 25000 from the money which I was sent a check book with my name and address on it like I opened the account I was to write out the check of what they tell me to write then put into my personal account and then open an coin base account to have the money moved from my personal account to the coin base account then they would retrieve the money from that account until I paid the 25000 out
