I received the following text message this morning June 6, 2025 at 8:40am. Oklahoma Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Final Notice: Enforcement Penalties Begin on June 7. Our records indicate your traffic fine is overdue. In accordance with regulation 15C-16.003, failure to resolve payment by June 6, 2025, will result in: 1. Violation logged in DMV records 2. Vehicle registration suspension effective June 7 3. 30-day suspension of driver’s license 4. Referral to toll collection, incurring an extra 35% fee 5.
