Despite this, their donation page implies urgent tribal endorsement and uses crisis- specific imagery and headlines like "URGENT: Help provide clean water to Spirit Lake families", which could mislead the public into believing the Tribe is partnered in this campaign. This is unethical, potentially fraudulent fundraising and should be investigated.
