Placed an order on oinky.com for a foil balloon on May 18th and funds were taken from my account the following day. Order details stated my order would arrive by my needed date of June 7th. After 10 days, I noticed my order was still in pre-shipment status since the order was placed with no updates from USPS (I signed up for text notifications when item shipped). On June 1st I reached out via email proving all requested order details and expressed my concern of order possibly not arriving on time. They replied same day stating ‘we’ll have it to you by the 7th’. On June 3rd I emailed again asking why my package was still in pre-shipment and that I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive on time since their east coast shipping time is 5-7 days to deliver AFTER the item ships and the item was still in pre-shipment. I was surprised to get yet another response from them stating ‘ if it does not update by Thursday, please let us know.’ Here we are Thursday - I went to check my order status today and clicked on ‘view my order’ only to learn the link has expired. When I click log in with Shop I will put in my email for it to send me a 6 digit verification code but the email containing a code never comes through. So here I am left without my item that I need for this Saturday. I have reached out for now a 3rd time with no response from them.
