Description

The item advertised was a dog/cat nail grinder called PuppiClaw. I received a different product that was a nail polisher labeled as Smehnser which I could have gotten from Amazon for half the cost. The site says 90 day free return so I tried to return it but they said I would have to ship it to China and pay for the shipping and after they received it they would reimburse me both the cost of the item and the shipping. Not wanting to throw good money after bad I talked them into a 30% discount (still more than I would have paid at Amazon). The nail polisher really doesn't work well. It would take 5 min per nail to polish it down to a reasonable length vs what I would expect with a grinder. I did get the 30% returned. The most concerning is that I thought this was a US company – the web address smartdealsusa.com and the phone number are both US. I was surprised when I saw it was shipping from China. I was even more surprised that I would have to pay for return shipping AND they didn't provide a shipping label. I wasn't sure the item would make it since the addressing is confusing.
