On 9th-February 2025, I booked a Lufthansa flight through Reservations Desk agent called Alfedo due to urgency to go to India due to father's demise. I paid him 1099.45 (USD) for booking my flight but after reaching airport one of customer service representative informed me that I was not having schezen visa to exit and enter airports for the purpose of transfers between two connecting flights. Therefore, they advised me to connect to the agent to cancel my booking and to book another flight. So , when i called booking agent he picked up the and phone and tempted me to book another flight with them saying " I f you don't book your next ticket with us we will be unable to refund you for the previous booking with us". So, I booked the flight ticket and went to India. After one month when I came from India I tried contacting him but my call was not even going through so I realized that there is something wrong. After researching the contact number I came to know that they are flight booking and reservation scammers operating under the name of expedia and cheap flights. Therefore, I talked to one of my friend regarding this matter and we filled to BBB Vancouver and received a response from businesses saying " there is no booking associated with this email address and phone number. So I visited their Vancouver office as I am having all booking emails with flight booking details along with refund request email with my itenary and booking details confirming processing of my refund request. when I got there they informed me that this business is already flagged by BBB as due to lot of customer complaint and low business fair operation ratings. Also, they told me to contact the BBB office within the business location. I filed another complaint to BBB South Jordan, Utah attaching my refund request email. in between the process I also contacted the Lufthansa airlines and they told me it shows you have already been refunded their system shows.
