Asking for a loan. They say you pay this fee and this fee, then they will disburse the money after you pay. After you pay, they will ask for another fee/payment. Then say they will disburse the loan to you after you pay the fee. Then do it a few times. When you want to cancel, they will drag it out, saying they will put the loan on hold until you can come up with the fee. Then they will cancel your loan, but keep your money, saying you will get your money after the duration of the loan.
