I ordered an item on May 6th - after 12 days of the item not moving at all according to tracking info I reach out to the hello.echoine email that they have for customer service complaints. They claimed I can track the item but I explained to them it doesn't show any movement leaving their company at all. They never responded. on May 16th I reached out on both the Facebook, Instagram and email to request a refund since my item still hadn't left their company... still on response. A month later I reached out again with no response. worse company to order from ever. A total scam!
