We had emergency Garage door fail, broken, springs, cable, door went off track . Couldn't pull door after release of cord, off track, mess. Also it was almost five o'clock. I called Peterson's Garage Door Repair, I thought, other two places closed. Lady answered couldn't hardly understand her, she said let me call you back. I couldn't wait till next day , couldn't leave door open. We are elderly. She called back have someone out in 30 minutes. I was trilled she also said this company was in Yucca Valley. A guy arrived in a SUV with his equipment all on top of car. She also said no charge for estimate. He got the door down and said you need new springs broke, cable and two new rollers and he could fix right now. then he said we charge $389. service call, $698. each spring, life time warranty. 2 rollers. We were desperate. He was here an hour. Job was done. No invoice said they would email, we could use credit card. Bill came to $2258.66 for 2 springs, 2 rollers. He reconnected cable. Paid with card. We new we were just scammed. No such place listed plus the lady I talked to was in the Philippines. Plus they charged $65. for using card. Please don't let anyone else get scammed like this we were devastated.
