They state shipping information that physical copies of the book will ship out in 2-5 business days and provide a phone number to initiate a physical return. After purchasing a book, only a link to digital content is emailed. They share customer service and return order phone numbers. The customer service number states they only interact via email. I sent 3 emails with no response. The return order phone number, with multiple tries, was never answered. Zairison leads consumers to believe that a physical book is being ordered and will be shipped and delivered, but there is no intent to sell a physical copy.
