I made a standard online purchase. There was a delay in shipping, so I contacted the company via email regarding expected ship date. In response they claimed that "the purchase looked fraudulent in their system" and asked "Would you please send us a photo of the card used for this order (only the name and last 4 digits are necessary) and the matching photo ID?" I responded that I would not, stating that the money had been taken from my account, so they needed to send me my items. I then called their customer service number, and I was informed by their customer service that this was their policy, that they would not ship my purchase without my sending this information, and that for me to get my money back, I would have to file a claim of fraud with my bank, which I have done.
