I received a letter from my insurance provider requesting further information about medical services that may have been the result of an accident or injury. Since I have had no accidents or injuries, I was curious. I looked at my claims and was surprised to find a claim for $27,349 for knee braces, full body back brace, wrist-hand brace, etc. Insurance company said they are aware of issues with this “company” and will be taking further action. I mean, the name of company alone pretty much screams scam!
