I asked for 235 55R19 tires and was given 235 50R19 tires that were trash. Noticing once my tires were put on, i called 5 mins after getting on the road my tpms sensors were damaged by a worker as well as my wheel alignment i just paid for was knocked out of place. I spoke to mandy and milly. Milly is now fired as of 2024 august, and mandy promised to replace my sensor, tires , and wheel alignment. It never happened. I was also within the 30 days of being able to have my tires switched out because they were badly corroded when they were put on. I told Mandy that in the many times I kept coming back to the Holland location. Mandy says she would purchase new tires for the inconvenience. Mandy refused to let me speak to the owner so I could report the situation that was taken place. There was no resolution at the shop, I spoke to a guy named Dakota. Dakota is very unprofessional Mandy then said that she was going to help me trespass so I wouldn’t be able to come back to have my tires replace or a wheel alignment or my TPMS replaced.
