I applied for a loan online after seeing a FB ad on my phone. Then, I received a call from a bogus person from the corporate ofice of "Huntington National Bank". He gave me a bogus NMLS number. It was a man who said he could help me save money. He said he knew I had an account with HNB which I had closed. I told him I wanted to verify his information adn would call him back. He gave me a number to call back, but when I did, he anwered teh phone "hello, who is this". I did not give him any information. he also texted me, saying "Hey there" and "I will help you honey". I texted back that he should be ashamed of himself.
