DAZN is using the excuse to 1. That I had cancelled an auto-renew of my subscription, then I got charged for a yearly renewal fee. Calling them they said they updated a software and it reset all setting, and they emailed me about it. As I had cancelled my subscription I had all emails from them blocked cause they kept damming me even though i opted out on emails. 2. Then once I found this out I tried to cancel my subscription and somehow I could login to the website and app; yet when I went to cancel my subscription with the same password it failed. It failed so many times that it then locked me out… Dazn is such a terrible company that scams you. It auto renews after you have cancelled then when you contact someone finally they says “well we can’t refund you, as it’s not part of the company policy.” That is even though it is there issue. This type of suspect issues with not being able to cancel, yet renew and activating is way too easy has happened to many of my friends. Their support is also almost impossible to contact and I think an investigation into illegal business practices is warranted. It should not be impossible to cancel a subscription without having to contact people at the company which takes up to an hour.
