I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Foggyfly. I booked a ticket at the price they advertised and received confirmation. Shortly after, I was contacted by one of their representatives, who informed me that the seats I had booked were not actually available. Instead, they attempted to sell me tickets on alternate flights or the same flight at a significantly higher price. When I declined and requested to cancel the booking—since the original agreement could not be honored—I was told the ticket was non-refundable. Despite the fact that it was their pricing error and they failed to provide the service at the agreed-upon terms, they refused to issue a refund and only offered options to reschedule or cancel without a refund. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and misleading. In my opinion, Foggyfly’s practices are deceptive and exploitative, and a company engaging in this type of behavior should not be allowed to continue operating. I strongly urge others to be cautious and avoid doing business with them.
