I made this complain not because of money. I want the public to be aware of this fraudulent business so they will not be the next victim. They posted online about this Dubai Chocolate it's all over Tiktok. Is I ordered it based on what was advertised on their website. When I received the product after 3 weeks of waiting the product is not the same as it was advertised on their website. The product name is supposed to be Essenz Dubai Choice Bar but what I received was Flavors of Dubai with chinese writing on it and mind you this product came from China not USA. The date also showed 3/30/25. So I told them on my email that they sent me an expired date and they replied the date was a manufacture date not expiration date. There's nothing on the box that says 3/30/25 is a manufacture date and the size of the chocolate was way too small compared to what was advertised. So I attempted to call customer service several times but the# is busy all the time. Then I emailed their customer support to demand refund but they refused to give me a refund saying that upon further investigation that the shipped product match the order placed which I totally disagree. So I then called AMEX and disputed the charge. I eventually got a temporary credit but I was warned by Amex that they might rebill me based on the reply of the merchant. So I started doing my investigation myself and I found out that there are a lot of complaints made to this merchant. And there's actually a legit company name Essenze Chocolate and they made claims that this company Buy Essenz which is not affiliated with them currently marketing product known as Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar. They have to be stop ASAP.
