An email came through text first then I was asked to sms text message the number. That number was for a recruiter named Sarah from temu who then sent me to WhatsApp to talk to a trainer. The trainer, Winnie, asked if I understood everything. Nothing was provided so I said no and asked if any money out of my pocket would be due at any point in time. Winnie told me she didn’t have time for my questions and told me to read the job posting. I had never received a job post to look at and told her this and that I’d be happy to take a look at one if she would provide a link. She asked for my name, occupation, age, and the town I live. I kept asking if money out of my pocket was due at any point and she kept answering my question with another question, or told me she didn’t have time for my questions. This is a clear cut scam.
